Good Modded Minecraft Server Hosting

I am thinking of starting a modded server with like 6 friends, and I was wondering if there were any good hosting services anyone could recommend? I am planning to use the curseforge modpack "create together". MINECRAFT I don’t think cost is a problem. Anything less than or equal to $20.

Thank you for any suggestions!

I have managed servers on Apex Hosting. My husband and friends have managed servers on Bisect Hosting. Both were successful. If you experience lag problems, consider increasing your cpu. Ram doesn't always give you more performance.

Ram doesn't increase performance. You only need enough ram to not be under the java garbage collector threshold.

This isn’t performance. Nomad It's like a game that requires dx11 to run, but your gpu supports only dx9. Changing to identical performance gpus won't change the fps but one that has dx11 support will allow it to run as intended.

The best is just to host it yourself.

I decided to do it myself. I have an older computer that I plan to use as a server. Do you think these specs would be able to run a mod pack?

Amd ryzen 5 2600 8gb 3000 mhz ddr4 Rx 550

I have used apex hosting, but got bur ed not to long ago with a billing issue they blamed on me.

Pebble host has same damn good budget plans if you dont mind a shared cpu (Many users on the same cpu without a hard thread limit) I'm paying 10$ a month for a 10gb server with an unlimited ssd

Do you think it could support 7 players using modded? Do you have any tips on how to set up mods?

Hey! Hey! I own ThreadNode and would be happy to work closely with you. We don't have a custom mod installation menu, but I can help you create what you need.
